Returns and Exchanges
Paints & Wallpapers
All Paint Sales are Final Sale
- Please select carefully when ordering as there is no exchange or refund on tinted paints.
- We are here to assist in color and product selection (310)444-2882 or showroom@SHPCompany.com
- We recommend purchasing fan decks or sampling the color in the product and color desired before making your materials purchase.
- We can refund or exchange un-tinted materials only (such as undercoats and clear finishes) within 10 days of purchase with original receipt 15% restocking fee applies.
- All tinted paint sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.
All Wallpaper sales are final.
- Please order carefully as Wallpaper is not eligible for return.
Due to the nature of paint and color making, all paint sales are final. Wallpaper is printed in small and consecutive batches and is not eligible for return.
Do not send returns until you have first contacted a Sydney Harbour Paint Company representative and your return has been authorized. We will not accept unauthorized shipments. Items eligible for return (such as undercoats and clear finishes) should be returned in original/ new condition, unopened and undamaged. We will only accept items that meet these standards. Approved returns & exchange may take up to three (3) weeks to process. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Costs incurred in returning goods have to be borne by the customer. Return requests must be made within 10 days. 15% restocking will be charged on returned items.
Delivery
Please note that if there is no-one home or onsite when the goods are delivered, your order will be left on your doorstep. No liability will be accepted by Sydney Harbour Paint Company or our carrier if the goods are removed or stolen.
Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to make it right. Metal cans may get dented during transport, if there is no leakage of product 99% of time the product inside is still usable.
Conformity of goods
Any information, pictures supplied whether verbally or in writing is for guidance only and are given in good faith but without warranty. While every effort is made to ensure the description, and specifications of the goods are accurate; we cannot accept any responsibility for product or color discrepancies. Colors will differ from screen to screen and to real life product due to settings and image filters, lighting and an endless number variables. Please sample your colors to ensure you are getting the color/product you want.
If you have a large project that requires truckload, pallet delivery, freight forwarding services or are not comfortable ordering online – please feel free give us a call and we will process your order over the phone.
