    Incomplete product

    I didn’t receive the applicator that comes inside the can of the treewax I ordered. That is a problem. I will not order anything else from this company.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by not receiving the applicator with your Trewax order. Please note that the Trewax manufacturer company does not include an applicator with their product (they did in the past.) Instead, a clean lint-free cloth can be used for application. We do offer pad applicators for purchase in our store. We hope this helps and we appreciate your feedback.
